FAQs
What is the dress code?
Dressy Casual / Festive: think bright, fun and fancy! No tuxes or formal dresses required. Most importantly, you should be comfortable enough to break it down on the dance floor.
What will the weather be like?
We’ll be in the desert, so dress for hot, dry days and cool nights. The entire event will be outside, and based on historical averages we expect it to be about 70-80* F during the day, dropping down to 55-65* F at night. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket for the evening, though we’ll have a few heaters set up.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. We’ll have childcare available in one of the casitas next to the reception space on the south lawn, reach out if you’re interested in that.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes, we can accommodate most food restrictions as long as they’re indicated on your RSVP form before March 1.
How do we get to the venue?
For those staying at one of our hotel blocks (Inn at Eagle Mountain or We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort), there will be a shuttle to take guests to and home from the wedding (more details on the Travel page). For all others, Lyft/Uber/Taxis are recommended
Never been to Arizona, what else is there to do?
The Ranch sits on the banks of the Salt River and they offer tons of activities you can book directly if you’re arriving early - from taking a cruise across the lake to horseback riding to kayaking and paddle-boarding to fishing to hikes! A few other suggestions are below.
